Wasn't made for gaming.
It runs Minecraft with very little lag on highest settings.
Is this a good computer?

Why run minecraft on the highest settings? It's unnecessary. You need to give more details. RAM? CPU? GPU?

Click windows, mouse over computer, right click, click properties. This tells you your computers specs. |

That computer I own however has gone out.
Power supply went out, I just need to replace that.

It's not even set up.

press windows+r (press the windows key between ctrl and alt while pressing r) then type dxdiag and press enter
post what says on "processor" or "cpu"
