My tips to become tuff stuff are:
1. 500 squats
2. 500 push-ups
3. 500 sit-ups
4. 5 minutes of constant running at full speed
5. Repeat until you drop

I do 10000 squats a day. Bench press 50,000 pounds, do 500 pull-ups an hour. Run 50 miles a day.

do 1,597 push ups every hour
bench press 137,043 kg every day
do 1,766,401 jumping jacks every week
do 914,298 front flips every week
do 1,231,009 forward rolls every fortnight
do 3,277,380 chin ups every month
do 4,028,439 sit ups every month
and finally
do 37,301,098 back flips every year
