Yeah, you need like 50 a day.
Not all at once, but you need more than 5. |

My tips to become tuff stuff are: 1. 500 squats 2. 500 push-ups 3. 500 sit-ups 4. 5 minutes of constant running at full speed 5. Repeat until you drop |

I do 10000 squats a day. Bench press 50,000 pounds, do 500 pull-ups an hour. Run 50 miles a day.
