With a keyboard, mouse,TAX, and monitor you're looking at about 650 for the actual build..
I couldn't help you there because I don't know much about AMD

That build comes with what you asked for and more. CPU cooler, wireless internet, and two ok cards in crossfire. You could also get a single more powerful card, but I found that to work out in the best price efficient way possible. |

What I would suggest after building that PC is you lightly overclock the cards using MSI afterburner. That will give them an extra "Lifespan" in terms of performance for playing games over the next few years. As for the CPU, I believe it is overclockable, and I would likely boost it up .2-.4 ghz, because the added cooling will allow for this, and it is free performance.
Also Eewer, I see you play EVE Online. o/ |

| Oh! If you are willing to fork out an extra 50 dollars, You can do PowerColor Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card x2 for even more processing horsepower. |

| I do indeed play EVE Online! This build is for a friend, I'm too much of a mobile nut to ever buy a desktop. |

Almost all modern games support Dual cards, and even those that do not will still run just dandy.
ON A SIDE NOTE! I just did a butt-tonne of optimizing to the build list that I made earlier. It changes a boat load of parts around, making it more powerful for less money. All reviews on these parts are great, so reliability is certainly there. /p/2GqWh
I am getting good at this. |

| Also turns our he doesn't need a mouse or a headset, so we could take that cash and allocate it somewhere else. |

| Upgrading the Motherboard for to get rid of that useless incompatibility issue would be nice. |

| It is not a motherboard issue. It is just the chipset. It is unlikely to cause any compatability issues, though. |
