lets say a public school owned by the government you must wear a blue and white uniform at all times here |

Most private schools require uniforms Honestly, uniforms can be pretty nice, then i don't have to worry about making sure not to wear the same shirt weeks back to back |

for most of them, no
at mine you can pretty much wear what ever you want so long as its not extremely revealing/inappropriate |
