It's past the time that I should be able to reactivate my main. How come it won't let me? Is there a queue to get reactivated? |

Depends on how long it was banned. Wait up to 48-72 hours after the account was originally banned to re-activate.

It didn't specify which timezone but it said a 1-day ban. I got banned at 8:55 PM EST yesterday and it said I could reactivate at 8:55 PM EST today.
So far, nothing. |

Convert your timezone to GMT. From there, subtract 6 hours. The timezone on bans is GMT -06:00, while the forums are GMT -08:00.
Let's say you are in New York. It is 7:25pm and your account gets banned for a day. New York is GMT -05:00. In the UK, it would be GMT, which means it would be 12:25am. Then take 6 hours away to get GMT -06:00 (the timzone displayed on the 'Reviewed' bit when a user gets banned). You will end up wih 6:25pm.
Does this make it any clearer? |
