Hello, loyal Marshal, and thank you for taking the time to read through this guide. This guide will guide you through the updated rules and processes that will now occur in the United States Marshals Service. Failure to comply with this guide will result in punishment, be it suspension or exilement.
//TABLE_OF_CONTENTS// //1// Rules and Requirements of Being a Marshal //2// Updated Prison Policy //3// Updated Chain of Command //4// Uniform Policy //5// Grass policy //6// Conclusion
//1//Rules_and_Requirements
As of the posting of this guide, all rules listed in this guide, and any more made official by the Director require you to follow them. If you do not follow them, you will be punished.
-Follow all orders by any Advisor+ -Only work in your assigned section unless given orders to move by the Chief of Staff+ -You MUST wear the uniform while on duty -You may not restrict access to the prison to ANY agency unless you are the Deputy Director+ -You may not lie or deceive any Marshal unless a matter of national security is at risk -You must follow ALL of the contents of this guide or you risk losing your job
//2//Updated_Prison_Policy
As of this guide being posted, all Marshals and external agencies must follow our policy on managing the prison.
The following agencies are allowed 24/7 access into the prison, regardless of if they have a prison remote: -USMS -Prisoners (Obviously) -NSA -DIA The following agencies are allowed in with permission of an Advisor+ -SWAT -FBI -DHIS -USCC
The following agencies are NOT allowed 24/7 access into the prison, regardless of if they have a prison remote. -Everyone else
No Marshal may restrict any agency on the list of allowed access into the prison unless given orders to do so by the Chief of Staff+.
//3//Chain_of_Command
The current chain of Command for the United States Marshals is:
Attorney General > Director > Deputy Director > Chief of Staff > Head Advisor > Advisor
You are required to follow orders given to you by anyone in this chain of command.
//4//Uniform_Policy
The United States Marshals has a zero tolerance policy for not wearing the uniform while patrolling. It is your duty to wear this uniform at ALL times while you are patrolling, or on the Marshals team. Anyone found not wearing the uniform without permission from the Chief of Staff+ will be punished.
//5// Grass_Policy Touching ash's grass is not allowed. ash owns all of the grass at official Marshals places, and you will be punished, humiliated, and maybe kicked or banned for touching the grass. You will also be shot at or arrested if you are found intentionally driving on the grass at DC. There is zero tolerance for this, do not even try to get away with it.
//6//Conclusion
Thank you for taking the time to read this guide. It may be updated periodically, and you will be informed if such happens. Anything may be added to this guide in a separate forum, and you will be required to read any additions as well.
