we have like 6 bars in my school's gym. from like maybe 15 lbs-45 lbs.
but im in grade 10 and can lift only 120, which is actually a high number.
90 in grade 8 is pretty good, actually

I can bench about 180, but I'm 173...
Yeah. I'd say that's about what I started at. Just keep working on it.
Don't focus on just lifting. Do some curling and other exercises, and for one pushing, do two pulling. |

| nope i'm not a screamer, i also dont use good bench form i like to make hte distance to my chest longer so its more challenging. |

if somebody screams when they're working out then they're probably on roids lol
but if u dont have correct benching form u can mess up ur shoulders later in life |
