The Lt.General and Colonel system, I love it, and it really stabilizes the group. I'm still having problems with VN though,
- People are still leaving, I spent 200k on ads already - I reformed the group, that just made people more angry - I did 12 trainings today, and my members got bored.
What do?

Make your trainings more fun, enter a war, do less reforms. Reforms are pretty much pointless. Very rarely do they actually help anything. Training can be fun if you execute it correctly. Entering a war will make your members less likely to leave, especially i you're winning. So yeah, war someone easy. |

"12 Trainings" You should only have 6 1-2hour long ones a day. |

We ran 7 in a row e.o
Also I did the reform because the ranks before did not stabilize the group, and the high-ranks were online daters that didn't even own the uniform. |

| Go to war. It brings activity along with competition. Choose wisely... Don't want another TGI vs. VAK war. |
