Sometimes when an account is stolen, the user who stole the account deletes all items owned on the account, and then gets it banned or just leaves the account as if it was made the day before. If the user who originally owned the account ever gets his account back, it wouldn't really even be worth it if all his/her items are gone. So here's the possible solution:
- Make a limit on the items you can delete within 24 hours. This means let's say if you delete 8 hats within 1 hour, your deletion of hats will be disabled for 24 hours. Like a spam wall.
- POSSIBLY: If someone breaches their deletion limit, have a moderator be notified, and do a short look/investigation into if the account looks like a theft.
This is a work in progress. I hope to have you support. If you don't support, please explain why or give feedback/extra suggestions.
Thank you!

Support all the way, except 1 suggestion. If you do breach the deletion of hats it will get sent to the first email of the account. Therefor the owner can see what has happened. Other than that everything is fine! :]

@Earth, okay. And I forgot something:
If the investigation proves that the hats/items were wrongly deleted, the account can restore the ownership of the hats.

@Buck, if a limited of yours was DELETED, you can get it back. If it was sold or traded, you cannot get it back.

Also thank you, this is important and logical because:
No one will delete all their own items within a day. or even 8 hats of theirs within 1 hour. So this is a good solution.

| If someone deletes a massive amount of valuable items in a short period of time, the account should get locked and a report sent to the admins as well. |

@Tenal Agree, but as the report gets sent, a message to the first email will be delivered so they will know that someone again, is deleting the account. As of with that they could then just email info@roblox.com and tell them someone stole their account.

Also, it does not have to be 8 hats deleted at a time I think. Because if someone has more than 26 hats then yes it should be 8. But say someone has 16, and all of them are lots of money. Therefor only 4 should be able to get deleted at a time. Just an idea, do not have to support. :D

@aka
Yes... Any items, such as I said before. If a lot of money in items is gone you get an email. Same with low priced. Also, I think ROBLOX would be able to know if someone is taking your account. As of it is as easy as looking at the email. Say someone hacked your account and they made a t-shirt on their account. For lets say... 10,000 R$. Then when bought on your account the ROBLOX would see this very strangely. Therefor ROBLOX could check the owner of the t-shirt's email. If they say they're a friend of the account owner all they could do is just ask in email for there first name and last name. Therefor we could see. Then again as I mentioned a while ago, if the owner of the account sees this all they have to do is email info@roblox.com . Love answering questions! :D
