I'm pretty sure the only thing the support staff know how to do is reinstall Roblox studio. Here's how basically all of my e-mails are with info@roblox.com:
Hello. I am experiencing a trade glitch. ---- Thank you for contacting us. Please try reinstalling Roblox studio. -- Roblox studio does not have anything to do with trading... -- Thank you for contacting us. Please try reinstalling Roblox studio. If that does not work, throw your computer out of a window. If that does not work, reinstall Roblox studio 9,000 times, throw your computer out of a window, attach a grenade, and then reinstall Roblox studio again. -- (Not a real example, but you get my point)
The support staff need to take more time answering the e-mails. I've been experiencing a Studio glitch for several weeks now, and the only thing they tell me to do is reinstall Roblox studio. If they tell me to do something else, the don't explain how to do it. If I try to ask them how to do it, they tell me to reinstall Roblox Studio. It's a continuous loop.

steve as much as i agree with you that tix are drastically inflating, reread the thread :p
and yeah, info@roblox is crap as is appeals@roblox

| Ok, this thread is a little confusing. You start out by saying that you have a trade glitch, and that it has nothing to do with studio, and then end the thread saying you have a studio issue. So, I'm a tad confused. Can you elaborate on the issues you're having a bit? |

@gordon That trade e-mail was just a dramatized example of what e-mailing info@roblox.com is like. I have had a Studio glitch for a long time. They said that they would "tell the developers," but no progress has been made.

appeals is bad too. they ignored my question four times and even asked it to info@roblox.com after two weeks and then still no clear answer. |
