(I didn't talked to Gusmanak about this effect, but still, here it is)
I've been aware that people are suggesting night visions goggles for Apocalypse Rising, it's not easy BUT it's not impossible.
I was playing Apocalypse Rising one day, I had a primary weapon with a scope attached to it, I lighted a "green chemical" light behind me while in was dark, I used the zoom and the effects on the scope was really surprising to me:
The green light that was reflecting on the transparent glass of the scope allowed me to see better in the dark.
I told the member of my group to go far away into the dark, I removed him from the group for a vision test.
When I was not aiming: I could not see him in the dark.
When I was aiming: I was now able to see him!
Requirements for a night vision effect:
-Green Chem light stick -Primary weapon with a available attaching scope -Wait for the full moon.
How to use:
-Activate the green chem light -Press your default button to zoom -Walk around the green light while aiming until you found your self the spot you need to see the most things in the darkness.
That effect does not remove the fog however, but you can't see in the fog in reality with night visions.
If night visions were added in Apocalypse Rising:
*It can only be found in military areas *It would be a utility item *The night vision could only work while the player is in full zoom-in *The rare rate level would be 37/100. (Very rare item)
Building the night visions goggle may not be that hard, but the challenging part would be the SpotLight range for the Night Visions.
My opinion? The Night Visions would be a great new item, but a model that could make glitches (Just like the gun, when you shoot the light would stay on)
And yeah, It's Gusmanak's decision to make Night Visions. I can still live without night visions.

@ryugarulz
Some night visions are green, the ones that are black and white are tactical goggles.
@all, And yeah, I bet this update won't happen in Apocalypse Rising. |

| Or you could just turn your brightness, contrast and gamma up like any sane person would do. |

@wadcross
I don't turn brightness up, I turn all the lights off around me to see in the dark.
btw, I think your idea would be better than night vision goggles ._. |
