| I agree on the deleted item refund, as it is a very good and seemingly fair idea. My friend got PG'd in 09', the person who took his account deleted all of his items in spite of my friend not giving him robux. I think that if an item is deleted, you should either, yes, get money back for it, or in the purposes of account infiltration, the ability to get that item back that you have already paid for previously so all of that money you put into the game previously wasn't wasted. Again, this happened to my friend and I'm sure it has happened to others. Maybe if this feature was available, a lesson would be learned from account infiltration and once their account is secure again, they can obtain all of their items back. Admins, I'm sure this is a common issue you face with other users obtaining accounts that aren't theirs. |

| And yet I disagree as it is nobody's personal wrong-doing when someone infiltrates their secured account. Remember, these players are mainly targeted toward a lower age group than you and me. They do not understand the importance of strong security on their account. Back then my friend and I had no idea and he just happened to be the one that was taken. It wasn't his fault, and this won't be a loss of profit in any entrepreneurial way for Roblox Inc for refunding virtual items that had been previously purchased. Or better yet, if there is a mass deletion of items, there should be an option to re-obtain. I personally do not see a point in the delete button under a purchased item in the first place, very controversial to me. |

| Again, this brings me to another opinion, why not raise the character amount for a code word input when creating an account? This would help lower the amount margin of guess ability. |

I really doubt your little friend got pged, he probably gave someone his code by accident or something. Also, it really isn't a common issue for pg'ing. New people getting hacked is.
The refund idea just sounds like trouble if you ask me. People would just start selling all their trash for robux, then using that money for services like DevEx. It's just a bad idea, and I'm pretty sure that is what limiteds are for. |

| Well excuse me... If you buy a hat and you want a refund, too bad it's your fault for buying the hat. As of for your friend, that was much more of an account problem. Yes, he didn't know about strong p... back then. I'm not blaming him or anything, but yeah. |

| Thank you for making a new recap of my question. I appreciate it. I honestly think it is fair and if you deleted an item in the past you should get the ROBUX back, all of it, unlike shirts, pants, t-shirts, etc. where you only get a certain percentage. |

@xBib If they did that people would just trade in gears and such for eachother. Hmm, sounds similar to limiteds... |

| @JoshuaKempfert Then again, the refund doesn't have to include robux, I mean having the ability to get your item back is the main thing. And yes, he had a very simple and obvious code word that got PG'ed. I've heard of it happening to other many times. Other age groups unknowingly make it so blatantly obvious that it just occurs to someone, "Hey, let's try this they have something I want." And getting "Hacked", I don't use that word. I'd say there is a small margin of people actually intelligent enough to legit "hack" an account. It is PM scams and off site links that lead them to trouble. |

| If you want a refund, too bad it's your fault for buying the item. I'd suggest going onto Catalog Heaven to test out hats, gears or whatever. If they don't have the specific hat or gear, just insert Kohl's Admin Commands and say :hat me (insert id here) if you want to wear the hat or :gear me (insert id here) if you want to try out the gear. |

Oh of course, the default message "There is no item restoration system at this time" from info@roblox. Funny thing is, when I was dumb enough to get scammed a while back I got all my stuff back and they apologized.
If someone has a dumb enough code word to have it guessed, I really don't feel they are responsible enough to have an account. |

| Please heed my response, I did include that these are children playing this game, as for most of us are older now a newer generation is coming and I don't want this same conflict. The ability to get your items back as you claim should then be available to all and not a select few as nobody deserves to get their account taken, can we please agree on just that main purpose? |

| You can not tell me that when you were a child you never thought to put in something simple for a code word that would be obvious, just wanting to get to the game was the important part. Let's say on my account I said "My cat is the best, his name is fred." Why wouldn't someone try to guess "Fred" I know it is just an example but you can't fully deny it hasn't happened before. |

| I'm sorry guys, I don't enjoy arguing but I just wished to get my point across just as anyone else would. I respect your input to, without other opinions, this wouldn't go anywhere, so thank you. |

| Children tend to do things us as adults (Me and Clone) would not do. Such as trade, sell, scam, hack accounts. Children all have the mind of a newborn child, clueless. Someone the age of 12 says to a 9 year old "Want to trade accounts? I have 1 million robux!", then the child says "OMG YA! SURE! MY P4$$ IS blah blah blah!" then the 12 year old steals the account, it's the same pranks to get free accounts over and over again. |

'Children tend to do things us as adults (Me and Clone) would not do.' You're an adult and play roblox? That's just weird. 'Children all have the mind of a newborn child, clueless.' Just from that assumption I know you do. 'pranks to get free accounts over and over again.' I wouldn't think hacking accounts is a prank. |
