I, as a JetEire investor, would like to request that two classes of stock be implemented: A and B. Many companies in real-life do this to help protect executive-reserved stock from getting into the general public's hands. If this idea is taken into account, I would like to demand that the A stocks are reserved for Executives and other major, active influences in the business. I request that the B stocks be reserved for the public's use. It would also be nice if current investors received B (or A) stock to compensate for this new form of management not entirely leaving them with anything to do. Perhaps 2.5K stock for active Investors who contribute to the company and 1.5K for the less active, but equally important Investors. This would secure the management of JetEire and make sure no corporate takeover ever occurs. This also allows us to blast any potential merger that might diminish the companies overall value. As a final request, the price for the stock. I'm currently aware of an Investor meeting that will take place, but must first get this out on the table. The cost of the stock should be based off of the capital the business has put in and the monthly (or weekly) profit outputs. That is all I have to say for now, but we can discuss this further at the Investor meeting. JetEire Investor, KOTwarrior |
