So let me just cut the chase, make this fast so that nobody goes tl;dr.
So, I need a way of getting armor in my rpg, armor gives health and random effects as expected.
So I have three ideas so far . . . and I want to know what you, the player, would prefer.
#1 - Standalone GUI.
A GUI that is just constantly a toggleable icon. You can then from there change pages looking for different armors that you would want corresponding to your current level.
#2 - [ Don't know name ] Some armor shop.
Here you will talk to a guy, and it will open up a tab saying ' Your Wardrobe ', inside of this wardrobe you can find all of the armors and you can choose which one you want corresponding to your level. This way you can only change your armor, if you are at one of these shops/whatevers.
#3 - Loot.
Scattered around the map you can find dead bodies with armors on them, if you walk close to them or something/click them/whatever then it will bring up the gui it will say. Would you like to exchange your armor for [ so and so ].
#4 - Whatever you want I guess, just add ideas. |

| I think a combination of two, three and monster drops. Any bosses should defiantly include their own special armour drops, or at least, high level armour. |
