| There are anime series that are works of art, but there are also crappy ones, too, just like in every other form of media. I wouldn't consider it the pinnacle of art as a whole, or anything else for that matter. |

| I actually agree. I have seen a few animes and they have been very good to newer American movies and television, although 10 years ago my opinion would surely be different. |
