| I don't think I would want to spend a lot of my time learning PHP. HTML and CSS is already easy to learn, and I know it well. |

| Then use a different host like PythonAnywhere or HelioHost, or a different language like Ruby. |

| Pretty much all free hosts support PHP, I can't find a host that support ruby (that are free) that have 99%+ uptime |
