| A year ago a person PGed me then deleted my Candy Cane Antlers... I had messaged roblox not even a week after to please restore them. It was no even a week... So here a year later I ask again but they say this "You needed to contact roblox within a week of the issue for this to be solved" *Facedesk* then happened because seriously I did! And they won't even restore I when I have proof that I owned it LOL I have the gift it came from... If ROBLOX won't help me this time I won't pay for another 100 days or anything of BC again. |

1) If you messaged them a year ago, and you got a message stating you'd get a reply, then you would have gotten a reply. If you didn't get that message stating your request had been received, you should of sent another message within the same time frame. 2) They are right about the "you needed to contact ROBLOX within a week of the issue". They're simply doing their job. If they let you restore items from years ago, they would be swamped. 3) Whoop-de-doo. One person not paying $5. They have thousands of other users who are, so that's not much of a threat. |

2. They can still restore it but they are lazy. I have a site. Not that hard.

1) And what did they say the first time, a year ago? 2) Yes, but it was over a year ago. You don't see one who was banned a year ago throwing a tantrum, simply because they can't appeal their ban since it has been longer than three weeks (prevents them being flooded with requests). 3) Yes, but if they do it for you, they'd have to do it for everyone that complained about losing an item a year ago. I personally don't see why they do restore items, considering it's the user's fault their account was compromised. |

2. Seen it, had it, got terminated on my main with 16k ROBUX and JJ. And I have seen a lot of other people...
3. That's the point of customer support. If they can't handle it, they can't handle becoming a national-wide Company like Microsoft, which helps you. |

@User, You didn't actually answer the question. You said that they said that a year later in the primary body of this thread, but then went on to say that they said the same thing when you asked them a year ago. Which doesn't add up, as you I'm pretty sure they would understand the difference in dates, and I'm sure you would have corrected them. Right?

While your case seems like a whole load of bs I can totally agree.
I'm questioning whether or not customer service is real people or bots, because I always get an automated message that's completely irrelevant to my help ticket.
I've spoken to two mods I know about it, and come on, even they agree customer service is quite off when you compare their answer to my question.
An example to such is asking why I cannot create a group and get an error message, then getting a reply to reinstall ROBLOX. |
