Addressing a problem many people have with groups: A training nowadays isn't where people go to train. It's where they get the best players and rank them higher above lesser players. Lesser players don't get any better, and we have these arrogant higher ranks that cannot help the lower ranks. This is mainly due to people having HR as their only incentive, which can only lead to a poor leadership. This is why many prominent groups start to fail even if they start strong.
So when I join a group. I expect the leaders to be well-matured, able to admit that they are wrong, and will do their best to train people, not just set them in 1v1 matches or tell them to do an obby course. I won't learn strategy by watching people fight. There are different styles of gaming, and some work better than others.
Rather than sitting back and figuring out the better from the worst, people should recognize that Roblox is a community and should work together and help each other out.
That's all I have to say about our current situation. Peace. |
