Err, from my point of view:
-you can get into the base without having to go through the front gate -term can't be one touch -no special guns for your group -spawns should be placed at the same distance away from the term (however it should be okay if you spawn closer seeing as it is your base

60% chance for the raiders to win, 60% chance for defenders to win. Any base is supposed to be just a tiny bit biased to the defending team. That's how bases work.
