Make the microphone device speaker
Go to
Volume icon, right click it, click the recording devices, enable speakers. |

try checking "use WinXP sound" in Tools > General Settings
also check your volume mixer to see if xsplit is muted or not |

Your computer will record from the speakers
Which is basically what your hearing.
Its basically repeating any sound your computer makes etc |
