1) Allow us to sell models for a price. And don't take like 99% of the money away from us, leave it at like we get to keep 90% of money earn't.
2) Add a "Copyright Model" option inside the model's configuration. People going into ROBLOX Studio would not be able to edit the model in any way other than allowed when configured, such as color, and position/rotation would always be allowed. This would allow a model making group to sell their items and know that they would not be re-uploaded as free or by someone else (If suggestion 1 becomes available).
3) Allow various modes of input. At the moment trying to use my Trust Flex Graphics Tablet (or any graphics tablet) is not supported by ROBLOX. You should add a setting where it would use the standard windows pointer (or mac) so that a graphics tablet could be used, and disable the thing that forces your pointer to the top left hand corner of your display. I have a multiple monitor setup (3 screens) and just having ROBLOX open on one of the monitors and trying to do something on another using the Graphics tablet is not possible, same with having ROBLOX minimised, it just forces to mouse to the corner.
4) Train your customer support staff well with ICT and Technology. Make them actually write the email, instead of putting "Hi Ben" at the top then searching a document (e.g. for "graphics" when I was emailing about a Graphics Tablet (Two Different things)) then pasting into the email and sending it in under 30 seconds. As I said, I emailed about my Graphics Tablet, and an email was received (David...) telling me to update my graphics card drivers. These are completely different things. Maybe if they were trained well and actually sent something relevant instead of wasting 14 replies trying to get the message across, and then he gave up and redirected me to the Technical Support Team, which I had asked for before but I was not given the contact details for them - just get the right thing across the first time.
David denied that they copied and pasted it, but I soon found out that they definatly did when my brother recieved an email about another thing from a different person, he got exactly the same message telling him exactly how to update his graphics. (David not personal, I've had it from other staff as well. |
