I logged on today and tried to play NearMissTFW's new Alpha "Le Bote", and then was prompted to download the Roblox Launcher. I went ahead with it, and clicked the download button.
Here's where the problem starts. I click the Run button, and it downloads the application. I never get the authorization pop-up shown in the Step 2 picture, and it takes me back to the Games page. I then try to launch the game, and the process starts over again. I've also tried saving the launcher instead of running it, out of curiosity to see if it would work.
There was already a thread concerning this, but it got no sufficient responses, therefore I made my own.
Here's hoping for a fast response from just about anyone that can help, and thanks in advance. |

I recently (recently meaning 5 minutes ago) posted the exact same thing.
I was trying to play a game on the front page and ROBLOX decides to take me to the "Download the software" page. Knowing myself, I shrugged and deleted the previous ROBLOX player I had and downloaded the new one it wanted me to download.
There was 3 steps that came up.
I had a checkmark on the first one because the bar at the bottom came up, like it was supposed to, and I had clicked "Run".
It was supposed to then go to step two, which took me to a confirmation pop-up as for the download. Instead, it popped up and said "Updating ROBLOX, starting ROBLOX" and took me to the games page.
I tried playing another game on the front page and it took me to the exact same page. "DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE"
Is this a glitch or something going on right now? |

| I'm having the same exact problem! I don't know how it just happened out of nowhere. Maybe it might have something to do with me buying Venezia? I'm not sure, but it needs to be fixed! |

Same here I was trying to play Call of Robloxia just about 5-10 minutes ago. Of course in everyone's right mind, we started to download. I downloaded went pretty fast with the downloading. I was curious of something is not right.. but faster the better. It lead games. Try to play again, again, and again. I wasn't this problem 1-2 hours ago but now I am.
I tried to re-install roblox, and that didn't do help at all. I closed all my tabs I had and maybe that what cause the problem. Sadly it didn't.
And to see I'm not the only person who is having the same exact situation. I do not know what's going on.
It got really curious when I couldn't go to "Step 2." |

Ok so you sure that google chrome and roblox studio will work? I think the problem is that the people plays with ROBLOX player we started to get this error/glitch. |

| this is the same problem im having. I believe its the server and the player are trying to connect somehow but it glitches or something. its very common. I had it twice already, come one roblox, this is ridiculous. |

| I found this today D:<,the exact same glitch happened,i deleted all of my roblox players (I have multiples because of fail downloads)i went to download roblox player and it still ain't working :C,the thing is i played about a few minutes ago and quit and when i decided to play again the glitch popped up. :c |

| Guys, use a different browser, such as Google chrome or Firefox. Internet explorer isn't working for player, one of the mods said it will be fixed soon. |

| Usually errors like these are man-made errors, such as you might have installed a virus/malware on your PC, now I would suggest you ask you parents to install and anti-virus software, with you parents permission of course. |

| Ok i think i just found out that this glitch happens randomly,i waited and played again after my last post and it works,but after playing a bit the glitch appeared again,i guess it's random?(Me use internet explorer) |

| Hi Stevil, Nothing seems to be wrng. I have the most Recent AVG, AVG 2014. I have had this page millions (Not literally) of times. Can you ask David to sort this out please? |
