I've got this last question for an english assignment. I'm still undecided on it, and it'd really help if I got your opinions. If you could include a sentence after your belief explaining why, that would be extremely helpful.
Do you believe that fiction is a more powerful exploration of the truth? Explain.

| Yes. It is obviously an exploration of truth because it is merely a lie, more of an exaggerated idea. |

Tolkien once said: "No, myth isn't lies. Myth is a story that tells you something so important that it doesn't matter whether it is literally true. What's important is the idea that's conveyed." This can easily be applied here. Thanks to another site (and a poster on that site) for this item. |
