-//: - Iron Force High Rank System v2
This Guideline is to help the low High ranks and HiT's and even some of the Higher ranks like General or Council. This will show you how to be a great and amazing High rank in Iron Force. If you do not agree with this please tell me so, And we can talk about it.
Level 1.) Guidelines.
Level 2.) Shout System.
Level 3.) Training System.
Level 4.) Ranking and Promotions.
-//: Level 1 - Guidelines
Most of the High ranks in Iron Force don't know much of the guidelines on how to be a good high rank or do anything in Iron force.
When during any Iron Force events ALWAYS be in uniform or face a punishment. If you are not in uniform you will be warned to get it on. If you do not do so by the second warning you will be at risk for demotion.
Always respect High ranks than you, No matter what if you disrespect a High rank then you and then "Flame" or "Harrass" them you will be taken to Iron Force Council and be voted on a demotion or punishment.
-//: Level 2 - Shout System
When shouting a shout for an IF event use the correct grammar and spelling to make the shout look good. Examples -BAD SHOUT- "[defend] go defend if's base!!!! we are being raided!" -GOOD SHOUT- [:DEFEND:] Go defend our city Iron Force! [Provide the link to the fort or place you are training at or defending.]
When using the shout you must use the same words as all the other High ranks such as [:MESSAGE:] To send a message to the group. A training is over, etc. [:RAID:] To tell the members of Iron Force to report to a Raid. [:TRAIN:] To tell the members of Iron Force to report to a Training. [:RALLY:] To tell members to gather at a place for a raid, or future event. [:FORUM:] To tell members to look at a thread on C&G, posting unnecessary threads on the shout will result in the HR being punished. [:EVENT:] To tell members a fun event is going on, this will be occasionally used. [:POLL:] To tell members to vote on the wall or a thread on a certain topic. [:DEFEND:] To tell members to report to the Headquarters/Fort to defend from a hostile raid. [:ASSIST:] To tell members to defend an allied clan’s Headquarters/Fort. [:DISMISSED:] To tell members an event is dismissed.
-//: Level 3 - Training System
When at a training or hosting one, There can only be two high ranks on the Trainers team. No other people are needed unless it's the Emperor. If you are a High rank attending a training PLEASE do not use admin during another High ranks training. Respect you're fellow High ranks and even the young members.
After a training is over you are only allowed to promote only 3 to 5 Members depending on the amount, If it's under 15 only 3, If It's over 15 then 4-5 promotions.
If a member is disrespectful please do not tell him to "Shut up" on the :m Command with the admin. Please tell him on the regular chat to be quite or you will be kicked. Do not start yelling at him. Also if a member is not in his uniform please tell them to get it on but if they can not offerd it then tell them to get into a Green Torso and Black Arms & Legs.
Also each training must be at least 20 to 30 minutes long. And there should be around 2 to 5 trainings a day. 2 to 4 is the least, One in the morning under 12 PM and 2 in the afternoon After 12pm, And one at night after 7 or 6.
-//: Level 3 - Ranking and Promotions
There should be a High rank checking the audit logs daily!
Also there should be no auto promotions unless it's a allied leader joining then you should promote him to diplomat. Other wise if you are caught auto promoting someone then you will be demoted and charged of AA with the Iron Force council.
Getting the rank HiT should not be easy. It should days or even weeks to get it. Also to all the High ranks over Prime DO NOT auto promote anyone to HiT or Prime. You will be demoted ASAP as soon as I see the logs of the demotion/promotion. And you can not demote anyone for calling you a "Mascer" or anything idiotic.
Thank you, And welcome to Iron Force.
