First off, yes I'm an alt. I'm a WIJ Officer using this account because I don't want it to look like I'm trying to get reputation points or anything. ;)
This thread is just a few things that people don't really know. They aren't really pointed out that much. I'll start with the obvious.
At Indigo II, there are three lines near the raider's base. Two of them are right in front of the bridge. The other is at the entrance to the tunnel. They're sand red. Do not cross those lines, or else you will risk cP deduction.
Access to the mountains are forbidden without proper permission from HICOM. Permission from HICOM is not something you'll get unless you are showing them a glitch that allows you to get up there. Getting up there can risk cP deduction and/or demotions, depending on if you get down when told.
Do not glitch at all at Indigo II. This includes raiders. Glitches include things like "gun jumping" among other things. Stacking and wallshooting are not considered glitches.
Do not enter the raider's base if you are WIJ. This violates at least two other regulations as well, and you therefore risk large cP deductions and/or demotions/exilations from doing this.
Also, note that the armory (usually) DOES NOT WORK ON MACs. This is because a ROBLOX glitch; the development of the base doesn't have anything to do with it.
That's it for the Indigo II regulations, I believe. Below is some informational stuff.
REGARDING COMPLAINTS - Minor things like people crossing the line, cP deduction requests (WITH PROOF OF VIOLATION OF WIJ REGULATIONS), and things like that can be sent to an Officer. Preferably a Commander or Captain. More extreme things such as Sentinels abusing admin and things like that should immediately be sent to HICOM via Mainframe III (File a complaint option) or xfire. If you do not have access to either of those, you can send him a PM. If you can't do THAT, send it to a Commander or a Captain, who can then forward it to HICOM. Send complaints to Ultimateguy or ConMan35 if you can. (read REGARDING HICOM)
REGARDING PROMOTIONS TO OFFICER - One of the least known things is how promotions to Officer works. Basically, when you get 550 cP, you're eligible for recommendation from a Captain+. When a Captain+ recommends you, you can apply for a commission. When you do that, your name enters the tasklist of Commanders+. The Commanders+ then fill out a little comment with their experience with you, along with whether or not they think you'd make a good Officer. The final decision is made by SS and Owen, though.
To get to a higher Officer rank, you must be directly below that rank (you need to be Lieutenant to get Commander, Commander to get Captain) and then SS and Owen (maybe HICOM) will handpick you. That's pretty known by the Officers, I think.
REGARDING HICOM - HICOM stands for High Command. It consists of every Colonel+. HICOM has the power to exile, promote, shout, etc. HICOM members have other jobs as well. Here is a list of them (some may be slightly inaccurate)
ULTIMATEGUY: Outreach Chief Officer. Handles complaints concerning members of WIJ.
CONMAN35: Enlisted Personnel Supervisor. Pretty obvious; he supervises enlisted personnel. He handles some problems with them, since he is a supervisor.
JUHDUDE: Liaison Officer and Corus Overseer. Okay, I'm not really sure what the purpose of Liaison Offices is, but a Corus Overseer is one of the main guys of Corus. He's like the guy you send your portfolios (I think) and projects to.
NEOCADE: Unknown. May be a Liaison Officer.
TOMMYGUN3024: Unknown. May be a Liaison Officer.
NAHOM007: Again, unknown and may be a Liaison Officer.
L1611: Chief of Staff. Handles all wars and is in charge of Shock Troopers.
STEVENIV: ...Unknown.
AMAZINGANT: Liaison Officer. May be Chief Liaison Officer.
SLAYER9116: WIJ Consul General. He handles all current and future alliances.
CONCLUSION - Concluded. If you have any questions, just PM an Officer.
FORGOT SOMETHING - Officers have "eyes" everywhere. If you hold an insufficient training, or break rules, someone may be there to send that information to an Officer or member of HICOM. We have quite a few people informing us, and even have Sentinels help us on investigations occasionally. Bottom line, do not break rules or there will be consequences.
I believe that is all.
