/United Clan of ROBLOX //Member Development ///Training Reform
-SECTIONS-
Section A; Training types, details, and promotions Section B; Training rules and punishments Section C; Training place requirements and trainers Section D; Trainer rules and punishments
Section A --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- /Training types will help members be informed of their trainings. This may sound useless at first, but here's an example. A member walks into a strict training and says "hey, what's up?" Then, the trainer proceeds to kill the member, causing them to ask "why did you kill me?" Followed by the member getting jailed or kicked. Naming training types can help prevent that along with members quitting UCR due to a poor experience. There are four types of trainings; Strict, Skill, Casual, and Practice Raid.
//Strict- This training is for teaching discipline. It can help form members into better captains and high ranks, to prevent disastrous events. It will take place like a normal training, but the one difference is you must use PTS to talk, or the trainer may punish you if they see fit. Note that a punishment will remain the same as any other training. The Exception for this is if a new member enters the server and talks. You cannot punish them on the first time. Trainers shall promote based on these questions: Were they respectful? Were they quiet when told to be? Did they show good sportsmanship?
//Skill- This training is based on combat. Note that combat consists of more than direct fighting, should it be a team match. Should a team work together or listen to one member, that is an example of teamwork. However, if that team wins, it will most likely be due to Leadership skills, close quarters and/or long range combat skills. Note that telling your team to zerg rush does not constitute as leadership, as that's what will happen anyway. Neither does running away until you are the last person alive in the Free-For-All. Trainers shall promote based on these questions: Did the captain lead the members to victory? How many legitimate kills did they achieve? Did the team follow through with its plans and win?
//Casual- This training is your regular training. A trainer may grade promotions based on skills and/or behavior. To see how promotions are to be graded here, please visit the STRICT and SKILL sections.
//Practice-Raid- Shortened as P-RAID, these trainings are held at forts. You may use UCR's current fort, or make your own. The promotions will be based on leadership, tactics, and skills. Trainers shall promote based on these questions: Did the captain lead the members to victory? How many legitimate kills did they achieve? Did the team follow through with its plans and win?
If you would like to have someone promoted, message myself, Hacker1leo, or Elijahiscool. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Section B --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- /The rules for trainings are simple, and so are the punishments. Trainees will be expected to heed these warnings. //A member is entitled to speak, should it not be constant spam. This does not apply to Strict trainings, of which they must say "PTS."
//A member is allowed to smack talk, should it not be too offensive. Example: "ur gonna get rekt!!" Is allowed, however, do not make it personal, and do not harass someone.
//A member should not kill unless told. This is self explanatory.
//A member may only be demoted should the circumstances be severe; ie exploiting, killing the trainer.
//If a member does not come to training in a uniform, they shall not be punished, however, they cannot be promoted, either.
//Use common sense, you may still be punished for using speech as a weapon.
/Punishments will be the same, except the trainer may pick some new forms of punishment.
//These are your basic rules, which will take place should a member violate a rule. They go in this order; kill, kick, ban.
//Should it be a minor offense such as spamming, you may Jail them or punish them for 1-5 minutes. Having them sit out an activity is also acceptable.
//Should it be a major offense, they will be looked into for demotion if you ask myself, elijahiscool, or hacker1leo.
NOTE: Trainees, if you feel you are being unfairly punished, please make a video or screenshot and message it to myself. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Section C --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- /A training place shall abide by these rules.
//The rules for creating a training place are simple. It must have Kohl's admin V2.0. President Jkoscar02, myself, hacker1leo, elijahiscool, and Igniited must have admin at the training place. The only other rule is be original! Free models will make a place lag, and it is advised you limit free models to guns and swords. Taking a free model place will not get you an approval, either. A fort must be fair to both sides, with the exclusion of one side having the bomb, flag, Etc. To have your place checked for approval, ask myself or one of my assistants. Note: Excluding forts, all training places shall be voided null with the release of Mons.
/If you are a new trainer, you should read this section
//To help make trainers more efficient at training, hacker1leo has volunteered to hold trainer trainings. These are made to help trainers hold better trainings. Or more simply "T-TRAIN." These trainings are meant for M1+ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Section D --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- /Trainer rules are made for trainers to abide by. Just as trainees have rules, trainers do, too.
//If a trainee is misbehaving, you do not make up your own rules. You punish them in the orders found in Training rules and punishments.
//You may only hold a training at an approved place.
//You may NOT intimidate members, we are not VAK.
//Do not use music, it proves laggy for those with wooden computers
//No Admin Abusing, this includes :M and :TP but is not limited to :PM, Announcements, or when the trainer has an emergency of which they go AFK, this IS punishable by suspension.
//You may not punish a member for not wearing the uniform, however, you may not promote them, either.
//You may only hand out 2 promotions per event.
//Color game is banned, if you would like to do an orders drill, try Orders.
//You may only have a member demoted should the training violation be severe.
//You may not punish a member for talking unless they are spamming or offending someone, with exceptions being a strict training.
//The Director of Member Development or his assistants may choose to shutdown your training if they see that you're failing to control your trainees. You will then be set to go to a T-TRAIN if Member Development, Jkoscar02 or hacker1leo sees fit.
/Punishments will be a short section, as there are few punishments and details to it.
//Purposeful Violation of these rules will go in this order; Reminder, Warning, Suspension, and if it be severe and an investigation is done, demotion and retaking of the middle rank exam.
NOTE: Trainers, if your training has been admin abused, please make a video or take a screenshot of it, then send it to myself. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This reform is effective immediately. Strict trainings are strict, the same for any member. I don't see it fit to take it easy on newer members with punishments. Taking it easy on them at a STRICT training removes the whole strict part.
I don't approve of the strict training paragraph, but everything else is fine. |

And I don't approve of the "PTS" rule.
It always happens to me while I'm explaining something important. I see it as unneeded spam. After each explanation, trainers should hold a questions session to diminish the number of "PTS"s.
Mostly, people say "PTS" just to ask for permission to go away from their computer and do their chores/work. I say that anyone could go AFK without the trainer's permission since real life is over UCR. |

Ok, so we're going back to the old way that failed. This is not a new reform, an old one that has failed. Why do we appoint DoMD who are not coming up with better solutions? This is an old solution that failed.
For example, approved places? I do agree with this rule for NEW training facilities, but, there are so many facilities that were used in the past, such as Jam's UCR training facility, that we can't use NOW because it "hasn't been approved for this period of time". 1. I don't want to PM a big list of facilities and 2. I don't want to have that every new reform you have to approve your place again.
So, this is a pretty bad reform, since we have done this in the past. Nice job Member Developmeny department for coming up with new ideas.

@Hppolice I would like to see you come up with this, hmm? If you can come up with something better Get IA and Johns approval, then I shall replace it. But first let's see you put your money where your mouth is. |

| does the uniform rule apply to broke new members, cause it would be unfair to not give a promo to someone that deserves it just because they cant afford uniforms. |
