When My Script Executes. It does not respawn the player
Here it is: p = game.Players:GetChildren() for i = 1,#p do p[i].Character.Head:remove() |

It doesn't kill them either...
for _,v in pairs(Players:GetChildren()) do if v.Character then v.Character.Head:remove() end end |

If you don't want to kill them, use this:
for _,v in pairs(Players:GetChildren()) do if v:findFirstChild("Humanoid") then v:LoadCharacter() end end |
