There are online college courses, that are entirely online. He or anyone else who shared their experience on this thread never stated of being scared of college. College is a complete different environment than high school. I'm doing better than I ever have in school because being at home.
The real world isn't based on your high school social activity. I can have conversations with people, and be completely fine with it. As long as I don't have to converse with teenagers raised on society. |

@Superme555
I understand people and see them for what they are and what they're worth. I've tried to make friends with people my age, ranging from 14 - 18, but they're all exactly the same to me. If I believed in souls, I would say my soul is old. But, I was raised by the better and more mature areas of the internet. |

"No college = No job"
I think this is a bit of a common misconception.
Just because you don't go to college doesn't mean you can't make a living.
It just means there are specialized fields and certain high-level jobs you'll probably never get.
Will you most likely get stuck in a dead-end low/minimum wage job?
Yes.
But you can still live with a high school diploma. Believe it or not, minimum wage is enough to live off of.
Another common misconception is that going to college will get you a job. Not always, especially if you pick a bad major. Even then, you may not be able to get a job in the field you want. Things aren't always the way they're meant to be.

Homeschooling is sheltered learning, and the only way to earn a diploma or a degree is through public schooling.
You can hide at home all you want, but you're gonna have to brave the elements some day just like the rest of us. Get in line, because you're next to spend your life working until you die. |

@Mega
Not all states in America allow 100% online schooling with no face to face interview or event at SOME point. Keep that in mind. |

" If I go to school someone will make me angry and I'll just get into fights. My fists does the talking."
sounds like more of a personal issue rather than the public school's. remember that public schools HAVE to accept and serve anyone who applies, so expecting everyone to be good students is not only unreasonable its a delusion of grandeur |
