They work round the clock to cater to the needs of the consumers (users). I've never ONCE been dissatisfied with their support. They really do earn their money's worth :) I hope they received a juicy holiday bonus, because they've earned it.
It bothers me how most users have this preconception that CS is just a bot. CS isn't a bot. They are real people, and they're there to help you. The 'automated replies' are pre-typed messages, because they're linked to FAQ -Frequently asked questions- and they usually resolve the issue at hand.
In the rare case that it doesn't, don't fret, just reply and they will look further into your inquiry.

Appeals is plain awful. Customer service isn't that great in asking questions that's not about membership or safety

Customer Service has gotten better.
A year ago I could ask them something about studio and get a response saying I can't delete my account.

They'll listen if you sound educated enough and make enough sense.
I've gotten undeleted twice because they do care.
I didn't sound angry I just told them my side of the story and persuaded them.
Don't force them to unban you, sound nice and be patient. |
