I'm going to not show my support, there are some things in there that could be either cut out or changed.

I find the idea of requiring 120 training to become a Sargent ridiculous. We've also tried an academy system several times, and they've all failed. Doing it once more will not change anything, the events will play out as usual. Also, as far as I know, we never talked about this at the meeting, and this is still unofficial.

I don't like the promotion system from Recruit to Sergeant - They could show no skill during all of those trainings, and still get promoted. Plus, it should be based on skill, not how many trainings you show up to. And I don't think many people will go to one hundred twenty trainings- I haven't shown up to that many. Maybe if you changed the amount it would be fine, but 120. is to much. |

| If you calculate mathematically how many training's Officers hold a week all together, it's not as hard as you think, HD. |

| Not to mention that that is a completely unbiased way to issue promotions. |

Maybe instead of doing it by trainings,
120 Credits?
120 does seem a bit high. |

| It is perfectly fine, Zach. Back in the early stage of this project, I wanted 300 for Sergeants. But I lowered that to something more reasonable. |

Yes, but a trainee can't go to every single one of them. Added that this can be easily exploited by just entering the training server and leaving it (unless skimming it wasn't the best way to learn the details). |

| I do not agree with the idea of all training facilities being located at one place. This will create lag and problems for SONIC because many people (including me) have made their own training facilities and will want them at SONIC's place. This will just cause trouble. Everything else I agree with. |

120 does seem TOO high for a LR. They won't count up how many trainings they've been. But, I think it's better than the system currently.

120 is honestly a little to much. Say each training is one hour, that would add up to 1200 hours. That would be somewhere in the range of 50 days of training. As mentioned by members above promotions should be given based on skill.

| My bad @ above I meant 120 hours, 5 days of training. Promotions should be given based on skill. |

The proposal itself is relatively well written, although unnecessarily wordy in places it doesn't have to be.
The system itself is quite complicated, and while that's okay, it has a lot of moving parts. Each of these parts has to be maintained so to speak. Therefore, due to the extensive set up needed as well, I believe this system would be implemented quite slowly. When the system is set up, because of the intense maintenance needed to keep it running, I believe the system would slowly deteriorate until it's eventually scrapped altogether.
There are a few portions of the guide I flat out disagree with. For starters some of the benchmarks for the number of trainings needed are completely unrealistic. In addition I completely disagree with the limit on using centralized training places as this can be quite limiting, getting to the point where it takes away from the skills trainees learn, as well as the morale of the trainees and trainers.
I also would've liked to see this guide have a little more information on trainings themselves, as there is very little direction or guideline included in this guide. While I like that it doesn't limit what trainers can do, it also provides very little information as to what they are expected to do.
These are several of the flaws that would need to be addressed before I supported the proposal, personally.
