The Jamaica Police Force (JDF) is a federal law enforcement agency charged with protecting the Jamaican Congress, Jamaica and its territories. The JPF is the only full service federal law enforcement agency under the legislative branch of the U.S. government. The Jamaica Police Force has the primary responsibility for protecting life and property; preventing, detecting, and investigating criminal acts; and enforcing traffic regulations throughout a large complex of congressional buildings, parks, and thoroughfares. Additionally, they are charged with the protection of members of Congress, officers of Congress, and their families throughout the entire Jamaica, its territories and possessions, and Kingston. While performing protective functions the Jamaica Police Force have jurisdiction throughout the entire Jamaica.

Typically, you will be warned first, but if you fail to hied that warning you will be arrested.

Medium crimes carry a minimal sentence of being placed on the Prison Team for a set amount of time. They are more serious crimes. Typically you will be arrested if you commit a Medium-Level crime. All agencies that have a baton can arrest you for these crimes.
NOTE: Medium Level crimes will have you arrested if you attempt to break these laws.

High-level crimes carry a minimal sentence of being placed on the Prison Team for a set amount of time. They are serious crimes. Typically you will be arrested if you commit a High-Level crime. All agencies that have a baton can and WILL arrest you for these crimes.
NOTE: High Level crimes will have you arrested if you attempt to break these laws.

Self Defense of Property A person is not guilty of an offence if (a) they either believe on reasonable grounds that they are in peaceable possession of property or are acting under the authority of, or lawfully assisting, a person whom they believe on reasonable grounds is in peaceable possession of property; (b) they believe on reasonable grounds that another person (i) is about to enter, is entering or has entered the property without being entitled by law to do so, (ii) is about to take the property, is doing so or has just done so, or (iii) is about to damage or destroy the property, or make it inoperative, or is doing so; (c) the act that constitutes the offence is committed for the purpose of (i) preventing the other person from entering the property, or removing that person from the property (d) the act committed is reasonable in the circumstances.
Self Defence A person is not guilty of an offence if (a) they believe on reasonable grounds that force is being used against them or another person or that a threat of force is being made against them or another person; (b) the act that constitutes the offence is committed for the purpose of defending or protecting themselves or the other person from that use or threat of force; and (c) the act committed is reasonable in the circumstances.
Right to bear arms A person is not guilty of an offence if (a) they have proper documentation i.e Game Pass (b) they believe on reasonable grounds to not use force unless on reasonable grounds (c) A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

As a JPF officer you are REQUIRED to wear the JPF uniform while at events for JPF and while on the JPF team. If you are not wearing the uniform while on the team, you may be punished.

Private - Basically a patrols man. Traffic enforcement, foot patrol at Georgetown.
Suspended - Self explanatory.
Private 1st Class - Proven yourself well and have been recommended.
Detective/MPO - You investigate Stuff
Sergeant - Third in-charge of platoons/patrol groups.
Lieutenant - Second in-charge of platoons/patrol groups.
Captain - In-charge of platoons/patrol groups.
Inspector - Inspects all JPF, initially Chief of Staff.
Deputy Chief - Self explanatory, initially the Associate Deputy Director. Can take Chief or Assistant Chief spot temporarily when the chief is banned.
Assistant Chief - The Chief's assistant, initially the Deputy Director. Can take Chief spot temporarily when the chief is banned.
Chief - Overseer of the entire department. Head of all staff.
