I need ideas for the Newsletter, hopefully some can be started for the 100th issue. If you have any, I'd love to hear them!
Thanks, Rhinguin |

| Oooh, I like that. But I was looking for things that can happen often, even if its only like once a month. |

| Not sure that people have grasped this fully. He means a new, weekly section. Similar to the quiz at the end, or member of the week. Info on bases or resignations will happen when nessecary, this is for new ideas that can be weekly things. |

I would say, ask a variety of TRA a question, like.. "What do you feel TRA needs to improve on" and put that in the newsletter, but, give the person an option if you put in their name or not.
I feel that this can get all TRA involved and actually be able to be heard and the HR's can clearly see it. |

| I also think you could add a preview on what the next newsletter may hold, although I don't know if that would work out due to the fact, we never know what could happen. |

| @Stringz, I generally put the Newsletter together all at once within an hour, unless I'm waiting for something that I know will come out soon. |

I thought of two other ideas while in the shower.
The first one is to give 1,2 tips on how to achieve one rank, maybe first week it will be about joining TRA, then maybe you jump to Corporal or something.
The other idea was to get a summary of long-time TRA, so that other TRA can hear there stories of how they got into TRA and how they progressed up the ladder, I am interested in hearing other TRA's stories.

Another thing, I was thinking, for Youtube, maybe have someone read out the whole entire newsletter, so that people can just listen to it, due to the fact, that there are people who don't like to read the thing completely and/or add a "tl:dr" thing, where you summarize the whole entire newsletter in maybe 2-3 sentences. |

Sure, stringz. I like the ideas.
And as or the the stories of long-time TRA, I probably can't do that every week. |
