I post "This is spam" on 75% of the first page, it's not okay whatsoever. You guys call people idiots, ignorant, trolls, skids, etc. on a ALMOST EVERY THREAD FOR 8 PAGES and it's okay.
Thank you all for proving my point, post by post. |

| And yes I'm guilty too, but seriously? This is why people troll us. THEY GET WHAT THEY WANT: a reaction. We are literally the biggest collection of narcissistic d*uchebags on the web site. |

| I agree. But I think that every forum on the internet [clearnet, at least] is like this. Just go to the bitcoin Talk forum, for example. People only do what they see everyone else doing around here. If everyone stops for a few months, the newbs won't think that it's okay to troll here. And if it really IS spam, don't provoke them by telling them it was recognized as spam; just report them and get them a few day ban. |

My advice:
Don't post on troll threads
Help the SH threads but tell them to go to Scripting Helpers
If a topic is mildly on topic or could spark discussion, no need to flip out |

| I don't mind threads that discuss some form of code / game-creation / mathematics. They may not be a lot to do with advanced code, but this sub forum is virtually dead without it. However, the posts that belong in Scripting Helpers and the posts made by people trying to be funny (and failing) annoy me quite a lot. |

| Can we dedicate a quarter of this forum for mathematical discussion? |

I agree with fluff. A lot of programing has to do with mathematics, especially when working with 3-Dimensional arrays/coordinates. If this forum was a Scripting-Mathematics joint-Sub-Forum, we could help a lot of newer people become excellent programmers, not just in RBX.Lua, but in other programming languages.
A I also agree that we should help SH threads and redirect them to the SH forum. Maybe just giving them a kick-start for the solution to their problem, and then redirect them to the SH forum to elaborate on the problem a bit more.
[By the way, this has turned into a Meta-Scripting/Forum discussion, but I think it should be stickied to the top of the forum because of it's usefulness and non-flaming-ness].
TTFN :) |

| WE can actually make this sub-forum also a place to talk math. |
