| Whenever I try to play ROBLOX it would say something like,"Error: ROBLOX can not work right now." I don't really remember the real sentences but it keeps saying that. I see PLAYERS ONLINE and I don't know how that's possible. When I went to one of the Builderman Help website my dad said we had none of those systems. I can't play any games at all! Someone help? |

| Princezzbunny - Depending on the update and your own system, you could be affected differently, but there haven't been any recent updates that would have affected this. Please make sure to go through our Help pages under reinstall and connectivity solutions. That may resolve your issue. |

| Princezzbunny - You can still follow the steps to reinstall ROBLOX and to ensure that any firewall software you are using is allowing ROBLOX to connect to the internet. |

| I tried playing on my MAC it worked perfectly, but I lose connection after a hour and 10 minutes or so. |
