Plot: On another world called Trinity, tears started appearing in the universe, creating portals to other worlds. This tore the world apart, causing the apocalypse and throwing the world into chaos. During that chaos, a group of people from another world took control of Trinity, naming themselves the rulers and calling themselves the Legion, their army known as the Loyalists. Trinity was broken, but what was left tried to rebuild, though some instead tried to fight this new threat. They stood no chance, so more other worlders came to defend them, forming the Rebellion. The fighting between them threatened their world even more, so people started wishing for the fighting to stop. Their wishes pulled in more people from other worlds, ones who aimed to stop the fighting with their powers over light. They were named Stars by the people of Trinity. Though there is so little left of the original world, the fight still goes on.
Setting: Before the tears destroyed their world, Trinity was covered with many bustling cities, though there were small towns and villages were some people lived. The farms were always in the smaller towns, always providing the cities with crops for a hefty some. This kept people in small tons busy and business thriving in the cities. After the apocalypse happened, the cities were all but annihilated and some of the smaller towns were wiped off the map, leaving Trinity as mostly rubble. The few people left regroup near any soil still fertile and rebuilt towns. The towns were few and far between, nothing but plains and ruins past them. Once they were taken over, so were their newly remade towns, each belonging to a Loyalist General. The Generals relay messages back to the Legion, making the world easier to rule. But now the Rebellion aims on taking back Trinity one town at a time.
Legion: The Five main rulers of the new Trinity. They took over, killing anyone who stood in their way. They came from other worlds, other universes, and stayed for the purpose of ruling over Trinity. Though they knew how to get back to their own worlds as well as their own memories, they refused to leave Trinity, finding it a much better place for them as kings and queens. They rule as equals and always discuss with each other before making decisions. Though they are kept in a castle by suggestion of their armies for their protection, they are very capable of taking down entire armies themselves when they work together and usually only leave the castle for the toughest battles... Or so the Loyalists and citizens of Trinity think. (NOTE: First come, first serve. Whoever I accept in the positions first is it. There will only be five. If no positions are open, why not go for Loyalist instead.)
Loyalists: The Generals and armies of the Legion. They are also mostly from other worlds, but some of them have joined from the Trinity population. Though they do hold the memories of the world they came from, they don't have access to the information that can take them back there. Each of the Generals is given rule by the Legion over over town. They are given free rein, including over the name of the town. The Generals are also in command of their own personal armies for if fights get more serious than what they can handle. If it is even more difficult than what the armies can handle, the Legion may be called in. This is rare, as the Generals and their armies are fairly strong and can take care of most problems without much effort on their part. (NOTE: Armies are NPC, Generals are playable and control the NPC armies)
Rebellion: The Rebellion operates on one main base, but also has several others near towns they have liberated from the Legion, though the Legion or the Loyalists have yet to find their main base. They keep it well hidden and well stocked with the help of the towns they've saved. They chose to fight the Legion, not just for the people of Trinity, but to return to their own world. When they came to Trinity, they came with a missing memory, something important to them. This left them with a feeling of something missing. They hope that if they defeat the Legion they can save Trinity and return to their own worlds where they might regain their missing piece. (NOTE: The missing memory is not optional, but it can't be something they need in the RP, such as fighting skills.)
Stars: The Stars are named this by the people, as they came as an answer to their wishes and hold power of light, just like a star. They come to Trinity with no memories of their own world, simply their names and a drive to stop the fighting on Trinity. They try to do this as peacefully as possible, avoiding fights as much as they can. If they are involved in a fight, They can use their powers over light in order to help them. This is usually a last resort, as they resent the violence tearing Trinity apart more than it already is. (NOTE: The power of light does not replace all powers, though it does replace most.)

This is clearly well-written & thought out, but I don't think it's one for me.
