| it's blatantly obvious that it's easy yet leaders overdramatize and even fail at it really bad |

| You don't have to have led one to know how to lead one. How do you think HRs are chosen as successors? |

you've basically countered every point I made with "don't do it badly" or "put in this amount of work" or "well as long as you have good..."
but it's the fact that you have to do the work to get these which you're missing out
then there's the long term investment you have to make in creating the superclan, which you're also missing
if leading a superclan is so easy, you go lead one and see where you get

"How do you think HRs are chosen as successors?"
by working as a 2ic in the clan and figuring out how the clan works, and what the leader needs to do in order to keep it running

i countered your argument with simple solutions that anyone can think of to any problem or dillema you presented me with
and i don't see any superclans up for grabs since every idiot that's friends with someone gets one

your simple solutions aren't solutions they were just methods to push off the point
it's like saying "how can I beat this wijst member" and having a reply "by shooting him" that's a "solution" like yours, but it's not because the wijst member will shoot them back and probably win
and still my point is you don't have to just lead a superclan, you actually have to spend some time creating it

@omni if you're a decent 2ic, you're half leading already
but if you haven't led a superclan, then no you don't know what leading is like which was pres's point

i merely replied with easy methods on how to prevent/achieve/avoid the things you told me
for instance, you said you could have to deal with flame from c&g i gave you a simple solution i could give you more
in any case, creating a superclan doesn't happen nowadays since mostly people are given them |

creating a superclan happens more and more, there are frequently clans coming through to be superclans it's no harder than it used to be
and, again of course there are solutions, there are solutions to any type of leading, and if this thread was about powerclans or something I could make sweeping statements about how to solve problems, doesn't mean I can implement it effectively myself it's the fact that the solutions aren't easy to implement effectively
you really need to just try creating and leading one if you say that you can't, that's because it's difficult
