Ah, James Greene. A jack of all trades, you've made your way around quite well. Your name is actually incredibly profound through the province in which you scavenge.
Aside from that though, the sweat pours down your face as you scout out a band it camp. Considering the fact that you only have 13 rounds, the challenge of killing three or so bandits can put you at ease.
From what you've observed, they has a .22 rifle, a standard P226 and they have a Colt .38 revolver. The biggest one, a male, seems to have something at his waist, but you cannot make it out |

| Well. They definitely have worthwhile loot. I take a head count, straining to take notice of every bandit I can spot. |

| Hm. I'm not exactly well equipped to take them on at this range, but if I can get in close and catch one of them in the tent, some quick shooting might do the job. I shuffle down the hill towards the camp. |

(Oh my bad, I haven't described your surroundings yet! Sorry about that.)
You currently sit out front of what seemed to be a construction sight. Caved in on itself, it seemed a particularly nice place to set up some sort of camp.
The bandits you see, though, have camped outside the wreckage. The tent is able to be seen above some rubble; maybe half of it. The people, taller than the tents, seem to be shuffling off to somewhere else that is out of your field of view. There may be more of them, but you don't know.
As for yourself, you are currently behind a bulldozer. |

Hmm...
I need to get closer. The less surprises the better. I wouldn't want to be compromised though.
I sneak as carefully as possible through the rubble closer to the camp. |

You are able to find a perfect window of time which gets you right up on them in a perfect hiding spot. Concealed inside the shadows of some rubble, they can't see you, but you can make out the whites of their eyes. |

>Well, if the was ever a time. (Hm?)
One comes into sight, crouching to ease into the tent, but you get off three shots with ease. Two of you shots nail her, but one misses. One nails her in the neck, which is fatal though.
You hear a shout, "Joanne! Joanne, are you okay?!"
The voice sounds far off, it seems you have a small window of time to make any changes of your position or anything of the sorts. |

You get right behind the corner from where the man is running toward Joanne. When he sees her dead, he slows his pace, drawing his .22 up.
You have the advantage over him currently. (+1 to your dice roll) |

You fire off a set of three rounds but the bandit was surprisingly smart in reacting. Your first bullet missed, so he slid into cover behind a fallen pillar while your fired your second and third shot.
Once in cover, he peeks above his cover, getting ready to fire. |

You hide behind cover, but as soon as he fires his first shot, you notice two things -
1. His weapon is bolt-action
2. You're cover cannot hold up to even the small caliber of the .22
His first shot doesn't hit you though, rather, it ricochets off the cement. |

You successfully get to cover, barely making it. Your shot fired toward the bandit hits him in the upper arm, making him duck into cover.
You glance around, remembering that there were indeed three bandits. You peek out of cover to see the sun reflecting off something a distance away, though you don't know exactly what it is... |

You get up to shoot at the bandit, firing two shots, one nailing him in the shoulder, the other hitting him directly in the head.
However, a shot splits the air and it lands next to you.
That isn't just some light, it's the sun reflecting light from a scope. |

You glance around, but you see nothing.
Another shot splits the air as it grits off the pillar that you were hiding behind.
"Son of a!" The sniper's voice pierces the air as he runs away. Looks like he ran out of ammo.
(Needless to say, he got a terrible dice roll. You're free to loot.) |
