No Godmodding 2. No nukes early on (Must be developed and speed depends on the science rating and the distance it can go from it being shot depends on your technology rating 3. No magic or space in this RP 4. And finally have fun! Life expectancy is to show how long your leader is before he dies and a new leader is brought in (Depending on the government) |

| Now the way the roleplay will work is I will run the NPC characters until someone asks to turn into that nation or the territories around it. Population I will control based off of the areas population growth. Disasters will be regulated by me and can happen to my nation as well as yours! Famines and disease can effect your population which will once again be run by me. And they can all affect my nation as well as yours and none of these natural events will happen often if a thought pops in my mind about who to strike and when but it will not happen early on in the course of the RP they will start happening later on in the roleplay. | Also after everyone's turn I will state new population, events in a nation, Territory changes etc.,also leaders can be killed in a disaster or disease including mine but it is unlikely that they will be killed during those. Also after each turn will be one season which means we start Winter of 2013 next turn it becomes spring of 2014 and so on... You control the military growth based on population but that decreases your actual population based on how many men you add to your military count... Which means for example if I have 4 million people in my nation and I add 1 million to the army strength that means your 4 million population becomes a 3 million population while then your military strength becomes 1 million |

| Also after a territory is taken over your nation gains a certain amount of citizens based off of the place the territory a territory will be a place like a state and you take its population from the nation turning it into your own so lets say you have 4 thousand people and you take a province that has 8,000 people you win that province and you get a population of 12,000 people from that victory but if you lose a territory you lose that territories citizens which means have 4 million people and lose 2 million in an area you are stuck with a population of 2 million then. |

Ok now here is the system for the technology Infantry 1 attack 2 defense (1 military) Special Operations force (Attack and defense depends on millitary) Artillery 2 attack 3 defense Special ability: When attacking causes infantry and Armored Cars to not be able to fight back (10 military and 20 technology) Armored Car 3 attack 2 defense (20 military and 30 technology) Tank 4 attack 3 defense (30 military and 40 technology) Heavy tank 5 attack 4 Defense (50 military and 50 technology) APC 2 attack 1 defense special ability: Can carry up to 10 men at a time (30 military 20 technology) Special technology Biological weapon (Kills many soldiers or a population with a deadly disease that can spread to cause havoc in a nation) (60 military 40 science and 50 technology) Chemical weapon (Kills more than a Biological weapon but cannot spread far and cannot spread amongst a population unless within the kill zone) (70 military 60 science and 60 technology) Nuclear weapon (Kills more than a chemical weapon and destroys any thing in its path and causes radiation in surrounding areas which becomes devastatingly effective) (90 military 90 science and 90 technology) EMP (Disables all technology which includes electronically run items including electronic soldiers but can not disable organic things like humans) (80 military 90 technology) Everyone who falls into the categories with the military technology and science criteria will immediately access to the techs Navies will come soon but for now if you need to travel across a sea to get to a location then you will not need any transports also No special weapons can be used until specified by me also over time scientific and tech breakthroughs will allow you to gain access to a tech item that I choose some will get a powerful one others will get a more weaker tech. |

| Today the Uruguayan and Argentine celebrate the uniting of their nations with their leader of Urutina Natural born Uruguayan Maximiliano Rodriguez who has removed some democratic powers as their dictator but has kept the senate in place historians are baffled. The 28 year old dictator has also moved lots of his troops to the Chilean border and many people are starting to belive that he has plans of expansion in South America... |

| Chile in response Urutina's possible aggression has moved it's forces to the border and is telling Urutina to back off or expect resistance. Though Urutina will most likely win due to a larger force and better equipment. |
