"8. Remember, this is a free website and we reserve the right to prohibit the use of the site to any user at any time."
I'd love to see them ban a rich snobby kids account I can guarantee Roblox would end up in court. |

"other information that ROBLOX deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate for this site."

| What about the one that says mods can basically bypass rules because their posts are always checked before they're posted. |

"we reserve the right"
That little bar of text right there deflects all lawsuits that have anything to do with your account being banned.
Because you have technically read the Terms of Service and agreed to them, you can't argue with that one rule anymore.
If they ban you it's final, no getting around it except by way of appeal. |

"• Don’t Post Your Suspensions Talking about your suspensions on the forums is not allowed because it’s just a cry for attention. We do want to hear feedback about the moderation system – post it in the Suggestions and Ideas forum. Send your specific ban complaints to appeals@roblox.com.."
Note that this is in the forum rules and not the Terms and Conditions.... Yet it is a rule. |

@Tahu
Yet if you're paying them (through BC, etc) would that not mean you could sue them then? After all you are helping the keep their website up. |

Not really since in theory you know and agree to follow the rules, and also know the consequences of not following the rules. They still "reserve the right" to do whatever they want with your account, and you've technically agreed to that.
