Will definitely be updated in the near future, and the format is also temporary. Feedback is very much appreciated.
Welcome to Velorum,
In this thread, you will learn how to carve a successful career in the Velorum Corporation. For any further questions that are not answered in this guide, please contact either myself or a High Ranked official in the corporation. This guide is very expository, and will answer a majority of your questions.

[1.0] GOALS
Velorm has goals, and we do not cease to complete them. We get our priorities done, and any individuals, or organizations whom dare to interfere, or stand in the way of our goals will be dealt with. One of our goals is to be known as an honorable clan, collected with only the best combatants, and leaders. However, our main goal is to develop a society made best for our own members.

[3.0] STANDARD LAWS
Everyone is expected to follow the laws listed below, there are no exceptions. By participating in Velorum operations, you are expected to read over the laws listed below and agree to follow each and every one of them, as well as understand that you may be punished for violating them.
Law #1: Wear the Velorum uniform while at official Velorum locations and events. This includes offensive operations such as raids/invasions, and defensive operations such as repelling a raid and patrolling the outpost. If you are unable to afford the Velorum uniform(s), you are ineligible to participate in Velorum operations. If you are unable to afford the Velorum uniform(s), you are ineligible to participate in Velorum operations.
Law #2: Exploiting is prohibited, regardless of the situation. If you're caught, you're gone.
Law #3: You are expected to show respect towards your comrades & superiors. If you are found causing problems within the interior of the group we will dispose of you. Failure to comply with direct orders will result in immediate suspension from services.
Law #4: Promotions are not to be asked for, they are to be earned. Asking for a promotion is not necessary and will only give you a risk of a bad report on your dataframe profile.
Law #5: Skipping ranks is absolutely prohibited regardless of who you are and where you're from.
Law #6: If high ranks doubt your loyalty and trust towards Velorum, by all means they have the right to demote you, or in-case of a major incident, they have the right to exile. If an exile is issued, it is put on a permanent record list stating the reason and all other necessary information as well, meaning that you may or may not be allowed to rejoin the group for a certain amount of time, if at all.
Law #7: If you are a higher ranked member of Velorum (Captain+), you have certain duties to carry out. These must be performed on a regular basis. If these duties are not performed on regular basis without solid reason, you may be removed from your Tier III rank.
Law #8: Every law listed above (including this one) is valid at any Velorum location. If you are found disobeying a law, you will face severe punishment.
Law #9: Divisions are unofficial unless owned & authorized by the Central Command.
Law #10: Leaving the group will result in all data loss in the dataframe, and your data will not be restored regardless of whether or not you resign peacefully.
Law #11: Packages are not allowed, you are required to wear the standard robloxian body parts.
Law #12: Never surrender or give-up regardless of the circumstances.
Law #13: Be as active as possible; if you fail three activity checks without a legitimate excuse you will be booted out of the group.
Law #14: Please acknowledge that these are only the primary laws which the Central Command feels that you should be aware of. If there are any other types of unacceptable behavior or anything of the kind, a high rank may punish upon his or her discretion. There are hundreds of incompetent, negligent, and unsatisfactory things you could do that aren't listed as an official law, however that still doesn't mean you can't be punished for it.

[3.5] ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
In order to gain entry into the Velorum Corporation, you are required to complete the Initiation Course and submit your application. Along with that, you must read and acknowledge the following entry requirements.

The following is the entry application. Simply copy it, fill it out, paste it onto a private message, and send it to a member of the CENTCOM (http://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=971582)
1. How did you discover Velorum and what is your reasoning for attempting to join?
2. Have you been involved with any other groups in the past? If so, please list them.
3. What goals do you hope to accomplish in Velorum?
4. Do you use any off-site communication systems such as xF, Skype, or Steam? If so, please list your username/nickname for each.
5. What time-zone are you in?
6. Have you reviewed each Velorum Law and agree to follow them all?

[4.0] Dataframe
The Dataframe is a computer established to keep track of member details & logs. Visiting the dataframe is a privilege, and it must be earned the proper way. Members are able to view their logs, promotion dates, commendations and other miscellaneous info. To learn more information regarding logs and recommendations, please read the following section.
Once you have reached a Tier 3 rank you will be sent a manual which explains the administrative panel of the Dataframe and how to use it.
-----
[4.5] Logs & Commendations
Logs are issued by Officer's after each group event such as a training, raid, defense, etc. Logs are what make up your Velorum career, they give the Central Command an idea of how much effort, commitment, and loyalty you have towards the group. Each log has a "rating" Officer's are required to submit along with the actual log. This rating basically represents your level of performance and effort at the event, ratings can range from one to five out of five.
A log can be considered bad if it's rating is either a one or a two out of five. The standard log is a three out of five, meaning you did what was asked of you and carried out your duties just as you were required, this log is considered "good" or "average". Rating's four or five are given to those that go above expectations and perform extremely well, these ratings are usually a lot harder to gain than a standard log.
Logs are only given to the people that arrive at the held event *on time*, meaning that you are at the location before the high rank announces it has officially begun. Each Officer is required to take attendance before initiating their event, preferably in a notepad file, that way they remember who they're supposed to hand out logs to. Sometimes Officer's may lock the server so they can focus with a specific group of people without having new people join in through the middle of the session, these are called private training's.
If an Officer forgets to give you a log when you know you're eligible for one, simply private message the Officer as a reminder. Please keep in mind that you are still eligible to attend public training's even if you do not arrive on time, however you will not be given a log.
The CENTCOM will periodically go over your career page to review your logs, this happens a lot more often the higher you are up the rankings. Someone who has countless 1/5 or 2/5 logs obviously won't be accepted into a position that requires a lot of responsibility and gives a lot of power.
Commendations(CM) are considered a bonus for your log. Commendations can be redeemed for certain things such as exclusive uniforms, badges, etc. Commendations are also used to set a requirement for ranks. Only 3/5, 4/5, and 5/5 logs may receive commendations. The following chart illustrates the commendations rewarded for each event.
Offensive Operation (i.e Raid)
3/5 = 3 Commendation(s) 4/5 = 5 Commendation(s) 5/5 = 7 Commendation(s)
Defensive Operation (i.e Defending the outpost)
3/5 = 5 Commendation(s) 4/5 = 7 Commendation(s) 5/5 = 12 Commendation(s)
Activity Check
PASSED = 5 Commendation(s) FAILED = 0 Commendation(s)
Public Training
3/5 = 2 Commendation(s) 4/5 = 3 Commendation(s) 5/5 = 4 Commendation(s)
Private Training
3/5 = 2 Commendation(s) 4/5 = 3 Commendation(s) 5/5 = 4 Commendation(s)
Capture Troopers Training
3/5 = 12 Commendation(s) 4/5 = 14 Commendation(s) 5/5 = 16 Commendation(s)
Other
1-10 Commendation(s)
Read the "RANK PREREQUISITES" section to find out the required amount of CM's for each rank.

[5.0] Understanding the Ranks
All ranks in the Velorum Corporation are separated between three tiers. Tier 1 is the beginner stage and has no power over others, Tier 2 is the intermediate stage and has minimal power such as hosting unofficial training's and events, Tier 3 is the advanced stage and gives administrative powers in the mainframe and the ability to host official events. The following is a chart that describes the ranks, the tier they are a part of, along with a brief description of your powers.
