My problem in a nutshell is that I am trying to forward a port on my Netgear WNDR3400. Now the only way to do that as far as I know is to put your router's IP in your internet browser, go to your network website, etc, etc.
To do that you must put in a username and passcode.
For some reason, the default login information does not work, and I can't figure out what the actual login information is, so my only option (again, as far as I know) is to hard-reset the router (which I strictly do not want to do), so I can restore the default login information.
Is there ANY WAY AT ALL I could forward the port without having to know the network login information? Or, would there be a way I could recover the network login information without having to hard-reset the router? |

| there's a power button and a hard-reset pinhole that restores your router to it's factory default settings |

the power button doesn't hard-reset the router it just turns it on and off
the specifically specified "hard-reset pinhole" i stated resets the router to its factory-default settings, and i do not want to go through the hassle of re-configuring it |

Sadly no. You can try to reset the Login Info by speaking to a representative
