Your OS, Your Browser Anything you are running in the background that might interfere Any changes you have made lately (updates to your system, etc.)

Resolution
------------- Try restarting the computer. If that dosen't work, maybe IP banned or internet problems. |

| I'm told that message has to do with your connection. Look under firewall settings and see if that helps. Also, if you are on a network that is running a bandwidth restriction program, that could also be the cause. |
