Hello.
All I want to know is how can I make a cylinder smaller than 1,1,1 without using a mesh because I want to keep it's form factor...

If your trying to keep the shape as a cylinder so it can roll, it can only go to 1stud symmetric formfactor.
Your only option here would be a circle script welded together. Look up advanced circle script in the wiki.
You might try using a ball shape part with a cylindermesh. Hinge the ball at top and rotate it to it's side, then scale the mesh to size you want. The only problem here is the cylindermesh would look like it is floating when rolling. |

| If you want to make it smaller than 1, you must go into Roblox Studio, select the cylinder, go to properties, make it a custom brick and edit the size e.g. .1 or .7. |
