something ive noticed is if i skip breakfast i dont get hungry until around 3 or 4
but if i eat a small breakfast i am hungry by 11
breakfast kickstarts your metabolism for the day |

| i think we could live up to a month without food, but that depend son how much body fat we would have accumulated. The fatter you are, the longer you could go. (Not 100% sure) |

The human body can go 31 days without food, I don't think it depends on how fat you are.
I would never fast for a week ohdeargosh. o-o |

fat is basically calories stored up
so i think you can go longer

but raw calories are and that will sustain you for longer
not indefinitely |

Well, up to 31 days.
But at some point during those 31 days your stomach shuts down, toward the end.
Then you will die, even if you eat.. |

31 days is a rough estimate though it would depend on what you do during those days if you don't move around a lot i guess you could live longer because your body wouldnt use energy as much and i believe your main source of energy is from sugar & carbohydrates |
