ROBLOX does not have an account reset feature at this time. However, partial compensation in the form of game currency for items/currency lost to an account may be offered as a one time benefit. | They did the same thing to me, except I had to email them again, and explain the situation again, and they finally agreed to give back CWHP, vesp is lost. |
