I don't mean all clans are unorganized when it comes to training, but most lack a system of creating a better and more intelligent soldier. I have come up with a few exercises that help make a more suitable soldier for clans. This is due to most clans just exercising who is a better sword fighter of gun fighter.
The exercises are simple to come up with, and are intense yet fun to use. The exercises are:
*Assault Combat Training- The object of this exercise is to get the team of trainees around a terrain and assault an opposing team without loosing many men in combat, causing them to stray behind and be open to dangers. The object isn't who gets the most points through picking off the other team's members, but rather the team who has the most people after the combat winning.
*Close Quarters Combat Training- Just as the name suggests, soldiers will be fighting in areas where they do not have much room to fight freely. Again, the winning is judged by which team has the most members after a combat winning.
*Defensive Combat Training- The Training will focus on the idea of having a defending team and an assault team. For the defending team, they are given a specific area to keep in their possession. The other team, known as the assault team, must take out the defending the team and capture the objective. The winner is decided by seeing who will be the last standing team. There will be two rounds, with role switching for each round (the assault team becoming the defending team). If a tie is the results after the rounds, a third round may be up it place, again with roles being switched. The winning team of the tiebreaker wins the exercise.
*Objective Combat Training- The focus of the training is to ensure that soldiers will determine the objective and make their way to it. It is almost like a capture point, and the soldiers will be split into two teams. The teams will race against one another in order to capture the objective. The only thing that makes it difficult is that they must figure out the objective on their own by using clues. Along the way, they must make their way through obstacles to find the objective. The team with the most members at the correct objective within a given amount of time wins the exercise.
*Reinforcing Combat Training- The point of this training is to get soldiers to help one another and get other soldiers out of intense situations they can't handle. There will be no teams. All members must rush to the aid of their soldier and take out the targets set around the perimeter.
*Single Combat Training- The training is a basic battle royals. Every man for himself in this situation. All members must use "survival skills" in order to maintain a status of winning the exercise. No alliances can be made. The man who is the last standing wins the exercise.
*Marksmanship Training- This exercise is just basic target practice around an area. This is to keep the soldiers accurate yet let them have an easy training.
*Observation Training- This exercise focuses on having soldiers assess the terrain and objects on a battlefield to be used in scenarios. For example, a scenario I have come up with is a sniper is attacking the trainees. They must all figure out how to get to the sniper with the remaining members that haven't been picked off. Each member will have a turn to assess a battlefield.
*Strategic Team-Building Training- This training is to have a small group of members come together to overcome an obstacle course. It is simple if they use teamwork wisely.
I apologize for the long post, but hopefully somebody will read this and use it wisely one day. |

| Instead of "tl;dr"ing it, then perhaps you could read and actually learn something. This way you can improve your group if you think it has good ideas. |
