1 thing to note about a group is that training is essential and there are particular ways in which people run a training that are either positive or negative and can be considered useful to other trainers so I have composed a list of willedmats' training tips.
1) Training type 2) Facility 3) Training orders 4) Play to the strengths 5) Laws of the training 6) Disciplinarian
<<---Type--->> 1st you need to know what you are actually hosting. If you are hosting a generalist training you are probably best just running it naturally, however if you host a specialization training, something I highly advise for if there's a reason you hosted the training, you should try and plan it 1st, for more information on this see section 3.
>>---Facility---<< Choosing the facility is a primary way of getting a training going. I usually choose holos but I also use RCL training grounds for a professionally designed match. A normal training center with holos or a lot of walking is usually the way to go but it can change depending on your plan.
Holos/Central training place - Should include everything you need and are hence a good way of running basic and special training.
RCL - Generally good to use Bricktops for guns.
Forts - Forts are good for strategic training or PR'ing.
<<---Orders--->> The order you run activities in a training is imperative for success. In a general training it is good to start on obbies to make sure that you have acute agility for the remainder of the training. Followed by this make sure to run combatant training in chosen order, usually sf 1st. Finally run a special event, this can be PR or Team games or harder obbies, even just a fun activity tying the training together.
The same thing goes for special training but you must with these ease trainees into the training starting with easier activities of that mastery.
>>---Playing to Strength---<< 1 thing to also do is make sure you get equal training to the trainees in what you do, so if you have blank aspects you should clean them up with the trainees.
2nd occasionally ask trainees which activity they'd like to do, it shows what people prefer and if they're stronger at an aspect.
<<---Laws of Training--->> Simply use correct discipline, never insta promo and only give pts for those that do well and attempt to follow all rules.
>>---Discipline---<< In order to show correct discipline to trainees do the following...
1-warning 2-warning and only 1 pt 3-no pts 4-timeout 5-isolation 6-minus pts/kick 7-ban 8-punish 9-maybe exile!
----->>>>>I hope this was useful for all of you awesome people out there.<<<<<----- |
