What if group funds could be used to give away salaries?
First off, group funds really have no purpose other than to run ads or something.
My idea would be beneficial to add the following benefits to groups:
LR motivation
Donation to allies
More effective treaties
And be the start of a ROBLOX Economic System.

For you c&g people here, I'm gonna emphasize on LR motivation.

In the past many people join clans to gain a high rank, fight alongside friends, and meet people to gain experience in ROBLOX.
Though those haven't been very effective and that getting to be an HR and bossing people around is the strongest.
Giving group members salaries would be really effective to motivate LRs to become HRs so they work harder to achieve that goal. News of pay checks would attract many other people and with ROBLOX's expanding population, more LRs.

On to clan to clan donations and treaties

In the past, wars have been organized around raiding and whoever gives up first loses. ( there are other ways )
With giving money to other clans,we could organize a tribute system, where, let's say in example, the loser of a war would have to pay another group in robux or tix for a certain amount of time.
Donation to allies is self explanatory, but can also strengthen the bond between two groups.

Now an economic system

What I mean by this is that, if this is acounted for and made an update, this could be the first real start of a ROBLOXian a Group Economy.
A map of ROBLOXia could be made, where clans and groups could intermingle, have war, forge alliances, conquer territory, trade resources, and make money!
This could be the first real start of all of this.

I would love to see this play out. But I dont think the map idea would work. I mean, its definitely do-able, but the lag amount would be way too high, and does that mean each group is entitled to a piece of the land on the game? Thats where it gets confusing. Would ROBLOX be the map maker? If so, then they'd have to give all groups a piece of land (which would include roblox businesses and fan clubs)

Each clan would be able to pay Salaries to it's soldiers

Now, the way they'd earn the money is of course the regular ways (Gamepasses,uniform etc)

but how about if for every war/raid you win, your group gets cash, and the amount you'd win would be from the other group, but before the war/raid you'd have the option to decide how much you're going to pool in.

This would then go to the group and be payed to the soldiers.

Now, this is just an idea, but we'd like to get in touch with Clan leaders and see how they feel about it.

Bump, and also, I've been predicting what effect it would have on the economy, and it should stay stable as it is, or it will be booming. Theres no loss in the economy in this at all since more people will be earning.

It's a good way to cull the weak clans, I suppose, if that's what you are after.

Krazo, as I said, there are other ways of earning, and the group can set how much they want to put in.

Now, obviously you don't have to put in money.

Also, I would like to add in my replies to whitetye that roblox would be the mapmaker, and only groups that use an "opt-in" into this system get land. Each group that gets in starts with the same amount of land, and can conquer territory at will and grow stuff on it in game. The map would be divided into blocks, and each block would be its own game. Clan members can make their own houses, farms to benefit the economy and buy blocks to build with with the salaries.
