Yes, the time is almost upon us. Scorchio is preparing for a return to Shadow Syndicate. Cloud is retiring, but will (thankfully) still be in SS, mostly just for fun. You'll still find him on alts on C&G promoting Pepsi, (For some reason) and making clothing.
Scorch, in the meantime, will re-adjust himself back into SS for hopefully another long time. I'm sure we'll have some good reforms, and a much better activity rate. SS will surely grow more, and we hope to get lots of new people in the family.
I want you to get ready for this SS. We are going to show scorch how great of a group we are. It's been said we're bad. I've laughed at that. But now, we're done talking with our mouths, we talk with our swords. We're going to hype it up, and train hard. Because when the time comes, SS will be ready. We always are.
Hail SS.
Hail Cloud.
Hail Scorch.

| I don't hate him, I just severely dislike him. His ego makes everything he does turn to ash. |

Personally, I've seen Scorch leave, come back, leave, come back. Each time convincing us that he's finally more mature than the last and can take command once more, only to find out that he leaves again. I have a hard time putting faith in people who leave and come back more frequently than a light switch being flipped. However, I'll see where he takes the group. Will he be perfect? Not by a long shot, nobody is. Is he a better leader than Cloud? From what I've seen of his leading style and Cloud's leading style, personally no. But that doesn't mean he doesn't have the potential.
All throughout this transition I'll speak my mind as always and, if it is against Scorch's actions, so be it. The first rule in being a leader, always be receptive to criticisms, especially from those you lead. If he refuses to listen or, worse case scenario, gets rid of me to stop then he proves that he's not as mature as he thinks.
For now we'll just play this out, do our jobs, and help turn SS around. If you don't like Scorch, so be it, but just know that you'll have all of SS to answer to as well, with me personally being in the front lines to defend him. Although flawed he's still SS' leader and creator and deserves respect, no matter what he did, what he's doing, or what he does. |

| SS backs scorch, and I agree. I'll have to make sure he's loyal. |

@Darkrai
You don't give respect to someone for merely creating a group and leading it barely average. |

I did practically everything when I was a HR in SS. I had to do all the deals with developers - uniforms, ads, logo, bases, etc - while scorchio hid behind me and watched.
As for the FFA place, you're welcome? It's poorly made. |

Dravum you're preaching to the choir. I know all too well who to give respect to, however, good or not, you still respect the leader of any group. This is why:
1) you show that you're immature if you just hate on the leader all the time.
2) showing respect to the leader shows your respect for the group.
3) a group without respect is a group without structure. A group without structure is a group without a future.
You show respect to the leader at all times but if you notice he messes up then speak your mind to him, in a respectful way. Your ability to be listened to goes down when you show no respect while if you do show respect then people often listen more to what you have to say. |
