I hope you know if we had a playoff system, then after the conference championship games, the seeding would look like:
1 Florida State vs 4 Oklahoma State/Alabama and 2 Ohio State vs 3 Auburn/Mizzou |

sirhurricane, the committee won't always have the top 4 teams in the playoff.
they'll base it off strength of schedule, not quantity of wins |

okay so then Idaho gets in the playoffs because, being the team they are, they have to play:
- North Texas - Northern Illinois - Washington State - Fresno State - Arkansas State - Ole Miss - Texas State - Florida State
give me a break. |

| so you can go ahead and take ohio state off that list, seeing that the toughest opponents they've played all year are northwestern (finished 1-7 in a weak big 10 conference) and wisconsin (lost at home to penn st) |

| Ohio State can't talk crap about strength of schedule they haven't played a team from another BCS conference and the Big 10 is worse than the American Athletic Conference this year |

Your argument was that Ohio State hasn't played an opponent from another BCS AQ conference, and guess what? They have.
Now please shut up, regardless of how Cal performed this year, they're still a decent team that'd win the C-USA, MWC, or Sun Belt if placed into it. |

| They should have a champion of each division and then all the champions can go to a playoff and yeah. |

@deadspin
Look buddy I'm not saying that OSU is a bad team. I'm just saying that MSU is a better team. Cheer up though at least you guys have a chance to beat a real SEC team in a bowl game when you play Alabama in the Sugar Bowl. |

Oh the hilarity of somebody guaranteeing a win for Michigan State.
That's why they play the games, my good friend.

@koolboy
Minnesota is a good team (by Big 10 standards). OSU should be glad they didn't have to play them. |
